Group Training: Fun, Supportive, and Social Fitness

In addition to our personalized training packages, Coach Ki’s Fitness Coaching also offers group training sessions for those who prefer working out with friends, family, or colleagues. Our group training sessions are designed for up to 5 people, providing a fun, supportive, and social environment to help you stay accountable and achieve your goals together.

  • Groups of up to 5 people
  • 5 workout sessions per week
  • Members pay $50/week for 5 workouts
  • Group members must fill the group (incentive-based sign-up)
